realtechsupport does not make machines run more efficiently but differently. realtechsupport acknowledges the dominant role of technology but requires a succinctly active role for the difficult to parametrize fragile factors of life within the constraints of technical work such that they become part of the problem domain and receive new agency beyond the confines of the technical work.
